Mentoring describes a developmental partnership through which our associates actively engage with our clients to share knowledge, skills, information and perspective to foster the personal and professional growth of someone else.

Achieving the company’s strategic imperatives and demonstrating strong leadership skills are key challenges for executives in large organisations. PSW HR and Training Solutions uses a structured approach to create a development path tailored specifically for our individual clients. The solution focused, action oriented and collaborative coaching process supports individuals in reaching their full potential. Executive coaching leverages the person's strengths in line with their vision and values, for sustainable behavioural change. The format of coaching sessions varies to meet the needs of the individual and could include face-to-face meetings, telephone conversations, and/or the use of assessments.
- Business Teams and Group Sessions
Working as an effective management team is critical when developing strategies and leading a cohesive and multi-disciplinary teams. PSW HR and Training Solutions works effectively with management teams and workgroups to work through complex barriers to successful outcomes. Our focus is on developing shared action plans with achievable milestones and measurement tools.
